No. We are entirely independent of publishers and agents and Print On Demand companies (such as Lulu).

How long does it take to get my work back?

That depends on the service you choose, but typically between 1-4 weeks.

Who is your editor and what qualifications does she have?

Pen Friends has a small team, which is why we are able to give such a personal service. Carlie (BA Pub) is the editor and Stephen is responsible for the day to day running of the business. Our qualification to run Pen Friends is based on long-term experience of  the publishing industry, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for working with writers.

Has Carlie been published?

Carlie has written freelance for nearly four years.
